How It Works
One day. No shortcuts. Just a smarter process.
Most landscapers take weeks because they're set up for everything. We're set up for exactly this — xeriscape installs, done in a day. Specialized equipment, meticulous planning, and a crew that does this and nothing else.
Step 1 — Free Design Visit
We come to you, photograph your yard, and build a custom preview of your transformation. You see exactly what you're getting before anything starts.
Step 2 — Precision Planning
Every install is planned down to the hour — materials, quantities, plant placement, and crew roles — so your one day runs like clockwork.
We don't do general landscaping. We do one thing — low and no-water xeriscape installs — and we've built our entire process and equipment around doing it faster and better than anyone else.
Step 3 — One-Day Install
Our specialized materials trailer and tracked wheelbarrows mean we move fast without tearing up your property. We handle all the ground prep — no matter what your yard looks like when we arrive — then prep the soil, place every plant, install a drip irrigation system sized for your specific plant palette, and finish with mulch, gravel, and stones. Start to finish in a single day.
Step 4 — Enjoy It
We walk you through care basics before we leave. Your new yard is ready to thrive immediately — and your water bill starts dropping right away.

Why Xeriscape?
Colorado doesn't need a lawn. Your yard can be better.
Before...
Boulder County gets just 20 inches of rain a year. Traditional grass drinks up to 50 gallons per square foot annually — and looks brown half the year anyway. Xeriscape is the Colorado-smart alternative: native and adapted plants that look incredible, ask for almost nothing, and outlast any bluegrass lawn.
#1 — Save serious money on water Most homeowners cut outdoor water use by 50–70%. That's hundreds of dollars a year back in your pocket.
#2 — A professionally designed xeriscape adds curb appeal and is increasingly sought after by Colorado homebuyers who don't want the maintenance of a traditional lawn.
#3 — Zero mowing. Minimal upkeep. Native plants are adapted to this climate. Once established, they take care of themselves.
#4 — Better for pollinators & wildlife Native plants support local bees, butterflies, and birds. Your yard becomes part of the ecosystem.

Featured Plants

Russian Sage
(Perovskia atriplicifolia)
Silvery stems and violet-blue flowers from July through frost. Drought-tolerant, deer-resistant, and stunning as a border or mass planting. No water once established

Blue Fescue
(Festuca glauca)
Silvery-blue mounding grass that adds year-round color and texture to any xeriscape. Compact and tidy, it works beautifully as a border, ground cover, or accent between rocks and boulders — and it stays blue even in winter. Year-round color

Buffalo Grass
(Bouteloua dactyloides)
The classic Colorado lawn alternative. Soft, fine-textured, and goes dormant in winter rather than dying. Needs a fraction of the water of bluegrass and never needs dethatching. Lawn replacement
